Hey Scotty I have a 2010 Ford Fusion 3.0 v6 automatic with 150k miles and it recently started making clicking and clunking noises when you make full left and right turns and sometimes it makes a really loud popping noise when making a sharp turn at low speeds in tight spaces. I thought it was the cv joints that were worn out but those seem to be fine. The noise seems to be coming from deep inside the engine bay. It is very concerning, any idea what it could be?

Control arm bushings or have you looked at your power steering rack
