Hey Scotty I was thinking of buy a 2012-2018 ram 6.7 Cummins with a manual transmission are they any good?

I agree with the comments above. You are better looking at a Ford 2500 with the 6.7L Powerstroke if you absolutely need a diesel.

The engine and manual transmission should be ok but the rest of the car is not good, especially the electronics.

The Cummins diesel engines are great engines but FCA quality isn't good I would stay away from them entirely because odds are the rest of the vehicle will fall apart.

As is typical of FCA vehicles, the drivetrain is solid but everything else just falls apart around it.
