Hey Scotty my 2009 toyota corolla has a little over 200,000 miles but has always ran great. In January it started misfiring then quit running but it didn't over heat. When my fiance looked at the oil dipstick a week later there was a little water on it. He thinks it's shot but I'm hoping not. Can you help?

Many things can cause that. You need to do some troubleshooting to determine the cause.
When my fiance looked at the oil dipstick a week later there was a little water on it.
How much water? A few drops? (Condensation?) A large amount? Did it have a "milkshake" kind of appearance that coolant typically has when mixed with oil?

What diagnostics did he perform to come to that conclusion? Test for a blown head gasket? Scan for codes and live data? Perform a compression or leakdown test? Although it is possible you have a serious engine problem more troubleshooting is necessary to determine that.
