Hey Scotty my sister has a 2010 Toyota Corolla s and it has about 186,000 miles but my question is that her vsc light flashes and her traction control light stays on as well but I had the car fixed that caused the lights to come on but my mechanic is saying I have to take it to the dealership to clear the codes so is there a way I can find out what the lights are on for and how to clear them ?

any mechanic weren't there salt can clear the codes I can do it in 1 minute with my scan tool but obviously they have not fixed the problem there are dozens of things that can make this vehicle speed system crap out and you need a Toyota dealer level scan tool to analyze and fix them correctly he's just passing the buck
