im 16 years old and just bought my first car, i live at the beach so i just bought my first car from inland georgia with no rust, 230,000 miles turn key with no knocks, i paid 600 for the car. its a 94 toyota celica gt 😏 the only problem is the motor mounts, it looks like a screw fell out of the one in the front of the car and they continued to ride it until the one by the transmission got destroyed, it turned a 2 dollar screw issue into a 500 dollar job because i dont have the tools to get under the engine , granted the offer was 1200 and i widdled it down to 600, and a full ls seap on these things are only 800 dollars what do you recommend i do

Replacing engine and transmission mounts is a straightforward job, especially on a car that has not rusted. Not a bad job to start your wrenching experience with. See if you can borrow some tools, though you could also start a very nice tool set of your own for less than the cost of having someone else do the job.
