I’m wondering what you think of a Buick century custom I’m getting one soon for 700 bucks and it has 130,000 miles on it.

For $700 if it's in decent shape it's hard to go wrong. It's very old of course, but I daily-drive a 1990s-vintage vehicle so it can be done. Even at that price I'd have a mechanic check it out. You don't need a $700 car that's going to need thousands in repairs.
