Assuming I've got the right engine code, it's the I4 2GD-FTV 2.4L fitted with EGR, DPF, DOC & SCR. With the Euro 6 version having all of it.
Just the EGR is enough for me to stay away. I've got a 2AD-FHV engine on my Lexus and it needs cleaning every 500miles with mostly highway driving and moderate city.

That is why I don't like Euro 6 engines. More complexity in the name of the ecology, more costs when things break down
