What would be a good 3/4 ton first pickup In high school I like dodge and fords. I don’t want any Toyota stuff
What is your budget? Toyota does not even make 3/4 ton trucks.

For 3/4 ton trucks, you’re generally talking diesel trucks. For recommendations (and also what to avoid), see below from Master Mechanic The Car Wizard:
