According to Mountune (a reputable performance shop in Carson, CA specializing in Ford Focus upgrades) both the ST and RS start with the same Getrag MMT6 manual transmission. Now there may be subtle differences between the two including gear ratios - I would not know those differences, but according to their site below the MMT6 is used in both:
