I just replaced the flywheel in the truck listed above, and it ran quietly for a couple of days. Then it started to develop this weird clicking/clacking noise coming from between the engine and the transmission. And what's also weird is that it only makes that noise at low rpm. When you start going at higher rpms it goes away until you drop back to lower rpm. Would you know what that noise would be? I removed the inspection cover and look up at the flywheel, and I can't seem to find anything loose.

I had one like that and it was vacuum being sucked in thru the rear main....suspect your PCV system (built in the valve cover) is defective.
