Hi Mr Kilmer you’re favorite car dodge caravan 2001, the dash instrumentation blinked off and on, now the stereo and stereo functions work off and on ty sir

Look for a loose or detached ground connections. Since there are lots of plastics in dashboards to reduce weight, a lot of electrical devices need grounding wires affixed to metal frame. One or more grounds could have become loose or someone forgot to put it back on after working inside or under the dash.
