hi scotty😆toyota sienna 02 has high idle when cold start. how to fix or adjust or diagnose

How high?
An engine will normally run at 1500-2000rpm when you start the car first thing in the morning, until it gets up to temperature. Does it have a high idle even after its warmed up?
The cold start idle speed will have a big jerk switch ing from drive to reverse directly. The idle speed becomes normal after the engine warm up.
Sounds like normal behaviour to me. Does the transmission jerk even after its warmed up?
