If you're getting fuel then you probably don't have any spark. If you are not familiar with breaker point ignition systems here is a guide to get you started, and there are others out there. There is also a 1951 Kaiser shop manual available online which may help.

I am familiar with breaker point ignition and it has spark. But all it does is crank no fire

OK, the info provided initially was only that it is getting fuel, it cranks, and has a 6V electrical system. If it has both fuel and spark, is it getting too little air or too much fuel (mixture too rich to ignite)? Is the choke working (too lean to start if not)? Are the spark plugs correct, clean and dry, and gapped properly? Will it fire up briefly with starting fluid?

Is the starter cranking fast enough for the engine to start? (Battery, cables, and starter need to be in top shape on those old 6V electrical systems.) Not only is the electrical system 6 volts but unless previously converted it is positive ground. The positive side of the battery should be connected to ground. Also any time the battery or generator are disconnected the generator needs to be polarized.

Ignition timing might be way off, though even then you should get some combustion even if just backfiring. Worth checking though, static ignition timing would be adequate for the engine to run. Then of course there could be internal engine problems. When is the last time this engine ran? Does it have compression? On a car that's over 70 years old almost anything goes and everything needs to be checked.
