Hello Scotty! Long time fan from Canada!
I have a 2015 ford focus s, manual transmission with 112 000 kms on it. While I am in neutral idling, every 45 seconds or so, the idle does a funny little shake. I changed the spark plugs and air filter, but still having the issue. Doesnt seem to happen if I am in gear, just in neutral. Ive heard maybe the throttle needs cleaning, the fuel injectors etc. What do you think?

Clean the MAF and throttle body. If the issue be still there, pressure clean the injectors.
