Hi Scotty; I want to run some BG cleaner through the fuel system on occasion. Should i run it over a week or two commuting around town, or one day on the interstate while traveling ?

I've used it. Really good stuff if you don't have major issues.
I don't think it matters too much either way. Highway preferred I'd say but in town will be fine also. Just run a full tank, don't fill up half way. Get to 1/4 or a little less.
What I like to do is go full throttle on occasion to get full pressure spray out of them. Even with no cleaner it's not a bad idea every now and then.
