Hey Scotty,
I have a 2018 Kia Sportage SX Turbo with 47,000 miles on it. I’ve bought it used with 29,000 miles on it about a year and a half ago. I just came back from an oil change at my local Kia dealership, everything went well except when doing their “multi-point inspection” they noticed the battery was at 0% health which made no sense at all and a complete lie. And then they told me one of my factory high beam hid bulbs was burnt out (sure enough it was) and it would cost me $270 to get it replaced. First of all that is way too expensive and I probably could buy two bulbs for $150 and install it myself. Second, from research I’ve done shows that my HID headlight bulbs both operate the high and low beams with the same bulb. Unfortunately since my vehicle is probably one of the only Kia models that came at the top trim level with these hid bulbs from 2017-2019, there are no videos about them or how to properly replace them. Do you think it may be just a headlight relay that needs replacing so the high beam mechanism can work properly? or a blown fuse?
please let me know, thanks!

You went to a dealership. You should expect that.

Do you think it may be just a headlight relay
