I have a 2006 Cadillac STS, lately, when I hit the turn signal stalk to signal a Right turn, the HIGH Beams turn on !
After the initial Right Turn signal, everything works fine. NO High Beams come on, just the Right turn signal.
The issue crops up again after maybe 5-10 minutes, and the next time I use the Right turn signal, the HIGH BEAMS come on... again.
Could this be a bad High Beam relay or maybe a bad turn signal stalk switch ?

I would suspect the stalk switch.
