I have a 2004 lexus rx330 with 160k miles. I got the p0171, p0174 and p0430 codes on. It’s consuming more gas than usual. I used to get 22-24 mpg on the highway but now it’s 16-18mpg. Please advice what would be done to fix it

Well with those three calls, there's lots of things that can go wrong. But you may have ruined the catalytic converter. I would start by having a pressure tested and if it is clogged up you'd have to replace that.
