Hey Scotty I need some assistance. My 1986 BMW 325e has a high idle speed of about 1,800 and i'm not too sure how to drop it. Ive replaced the ICV, ICM, TPS, Intake manifold gasket, thermostat housing gasket, thermostat, all the thermostat sensors, throttle body gasket, cold start valve gasket, intake gasket, fuel filter, AFM, Airbox, Intake boot, rebuilt fuel injectors and spark plugs. I'm unsure of what to check now to drop the idle back to normal and about a week ago the car started to gurgle when I would press the throttle. Engine is an M20B2.7 with a 5 speed manual and 148,xxx miles.

Either your throttle is sticking or you have a massive vacuum leak which you would hear sucking air have a BMW mechanic check the data on the throttle
