Impala LTZ, 2013, 154,000 miles with a knock from time to time from the passenger side when A/C is on, sunroof, crack windshield, and few scuff marks. the place is selling it for about 7000, is that a good real or can I get for less with a little negotiating?

It's a great deal for the seller - probably a BHPH used car lot that picked it up at auction for next to nothing. However it is a disaster waiting to happen for whoever buys that junker.
