My car (2011 Infiniti G37xS) has 230,000 miles on it. What maintenance repair do you strongly (must do) recommend doing to get another 100,000 miles out of it. Runs great.

If you have had it since new, continue as you have. Things that would be high mileage affected would be the serpentine belt and tensioner, timing belt and tensioner, water pump, tstat and hoses. My experience.
