My car (2011 Infiniti G37xS) has 230,000 miles on it. What maintenance repair do you strongly (must do) recommend doing to get another 100,000 miles out of it. Runs great.

Check your service manual. You should find information on how often parts and service items should be replaced. I'm assuming you're asking as at 230000 the manual doesn't cover your car. The rule of thumb is. When you replace a part, mark the milage and the recommended preventative maintenance replacement interval. I.e, if your cambelt needs to be replaced every 100,000 miles. Once it's replaced, replace it again in 100,000 miles.
If you no longer have the owners manual, ask in forums for the service intervals of parts fro your model or find an electronic copy of the manual online
Don't fix it if it ain't broken, or about to break. Regular and preventive maintenance, and replacing worn out parts is the only thing you need.
