I recently bought 2010 Ford F-150 with 172,000 miles on it. It doesn’t look like the radiator has ever been flushed. I don’t know whether I should get it flushed or not. Will cause problems if I do?

You get the entire cooling system flushed, not just the radiator. If it's in good shape, it shouldn't be a problem, if it's done right.

If the radiator doesn't survive a cooling system flush it would have failed soon anyway. Be sure to replace the thermostat while you're at it.
