High temperatures low oil gauge

Hello sir, I have a 2003 Ford Explorer. The high temperature low oil light comes on and the oil pressure needle drops to low. This happens for a few seconds then everything goes back to normal. This repeats during driving. The oil is not low in the car.

Can you help me with figuring out the cause. Thank you in advance.

Well if the engine doesn't rattle when the light comes on it doesn't actually have low oil pressure in that case I would replace the oil pressure sending unit as it might be a short and that or simply make sure the wire is tight and not corroded it plugs onto it it's a loose connection or corroded connector can make it do that
