What are your thoughts on Holden commodore and the Chevy SS are they the same or are they different

It's a badge swapped car, as @itwt says. The "new" Pontiac GTO they released in the mid 2000s was also a badge swapped Holden. That car didn't have much style or character from the old cars. It looked like a large two door Grand Am or Grand Prix of the time, which was disappointing. Ford's throwback style Mustang was a much more in the spirit of the original Mustangs.
