Hello I have a 2004 Honda Accord 2.4L 4cylinder engine every time I start the car the radiator fan and the A/C compressor fan kick in after 1 min before even moving from the parking lot even though I have not turned On the A/C. Should the the radiator fan only work when the car heats and the A/C fan when I turn on A/C?What could be causing this problem?

if you turn on window defogging, then it's using the AC compressor
No I dont turn on anything I literally turn on the car and they both start blowing air.
