After finding out that my poor 2003 Rav4 has had his mileage tempered from 400.000km to 150.000km (hahaha) i decided to sell it, as it was also kinda slow for me, runs perfect otherwise. I was thinking to get either a 2.4 Accord or 2.5 IS250, wich one you think is the most reliable? I can only find high mileage(200k+ km) at affordable prices.

What about the excellent vehicles mainly it depends on how the previous owners maintain them and have a mechanic like me check them out before you buy I've had people get good used ones of both of those and also horrendous used ones by people who never change the oil and they were oil burners
Assuming it is the 8th generation Accord. Get whichever one is in better mechanical and esthetic condition. My preference is for the Accord, because of the K-Engine. But I’m not going to turn away a nice IS.
