Should I buy a 2013 Accord for $21,000?

Hello Sir, I'm a retired U.S. Army service member after 24 years, my wife 20 and our oldest daughter 10 years. Our 2 adopted kids will also follow our path and thank you for your service too.  I notice your U.S. Flag.  Anyway, I'm looking for a used car and would like your advice 2013 Honda Accord V6 EX-L $21K with 28K miles.  I started view your program a couple of weeks ago and certainly enjoy your reviews.

I believe it was actually Scotty's son who was in the service.

That sounds like a crazy high price for a 12-year-old Accord. Kelley Blue Book (kbb.com) pegs the fair purchase price of that vehicle at about $15K from a dealership, $13K from a private party - and their pricing estimates tends to be inflated.

The low mileage is suspicious and would need to be verified. You can get an idea of failure trends here:
