2008 Toyota Camry, 93827.05 Miles, Manual.
In Australia... there's a. one family owned supposed to be well maintained camry from 2008..
My question is if it's a 2008 AZ-FE engine from toyota, is there any risk if I just change the engine oil every year? it's about $5000USD.
I like it's a 5 speed manual.. there not many 5 speed manual and none after 2011 for the Camry in Australia...
the owner said it's in good nick... (inherent engine poor design, overcome by frequent oil change???)

That's in the range of model years that the 2.4 4-cylinder engine is prone to oil burning. You can't "fix" that with frequent oil changes, or additives.
