I have a 2007 Accord V6 6speed manual 157k miles.
I had a bad creaking feeling and sound from the clutch pedal. So, I replaced the pedal assembly and master cylinder. The creaking sound is gone, but the creaky feeling still present. It has this weird creaky feeling when I am shifting. It mainly does it while in gear and only does it sometimes when in neutral. The problem is now intermittent. Sometimes it works perfectly fine. Before the master cylinder replacement, it was constant.
Throw-out bearing? Slave cylinder?

Change the slave cylinder and pray it's not internal like to throw out bearing which case you'd live with it till it broke cuz you got to pull the tranny off to fix that
