Hey , Scotty.
I have a 1998 Honda accord 4 cylinder with 106,000 miles. When at a stop sign it runs rough when you turn the air conditioner on it runs even worse. When on the highway it runs great and gets around 30 miles per gallon.I've changed the spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributor cap, distributor rotor and PCV value. Then I brought it to my local Honda Dealership they cleaned the throttle body but it didn't do any good. And I had them check the motor mounts. I'm thinking it maybe the idle air control value .
When I first start it up in the morning it runs great but after it warms up it start to idle rough. What's your take on this? The Honda Dealership has no idea.
Thanks And Respects

Does the vehicle stall while it's operating? That would show a sign of a bad idle air control valve. I would check the ignition coils, MAF sensor and wiring.
Clean the IAC. It's not difficult. The little screen on mine was blocked and had the same symptoms.
