I got a r33 nissan skyline Gt 93-94 manual turbo with a low 115 KMs
The engine over revs for some reason, and doesn't have a proper limiter anymore.
Also on the wrong clutch adjustment it'll shift pretty bad.

Unfortunately, Skylines are VERY rare over here - I bet you'd get more detailed hands-in info from one or more of the Skyline GT-specific forums, like these

What exactly is the question here???
How do you retune OBD 1 ECU or just set a new rev limit
