Honda City 2009 clutch whining noise when releasing in 1st gear

Hey!  I have a Honda City 2009. For the past few days I have noticed that there is a whining sound when I am starting to release the clutch  from a start in 1st gear. For the past few days it has been increasing. I have read some stuff and some stuff online where I have read the input shaft bearing and/or the clutch release/throw out bearing is gone.

I am attaching a video of a Civic Si that is producing the exact same noise.

Any thoughts & suggestions appreciated.

Thanks!

Time for a new clutch package - disc, pressure plate, throwout bearing and pilot bearing.

I have replaced the disc , pressure plate and throwout bearing 28,000 kms back.

What about the pilot bearing in the flywheel?

Haven't done that yet.

When you're going to the trouble of removing the transmission, it's best to replace all the parts, including checking the transmission input shaft bearing and seal so you won't have to do it again. Like the man said, "There's never time to do it right but there's always time to do it over."  I have a neat trick to get the pilot bearing out without having to use a puller.  Let me know.
