Hi there,
I was trying to figure out why my honda civic 2007 sedan alarm is going off randomly , the battery looks fine and the car key fob is also fine. When this happens I use the key to stop the annoying alarm and then I go turn on the engine and wait for few minutes, after that I just turn off the engine and close the car with the key , sometimes it takes 30 minutes or even hours to start again going off and on.
I would appreciate any advice how to tackle this or if I better take it to a mechanic 😀
maybe there is a false or a faulty fuse

Same here! This is exactly what I needed. I have been trying to figure out what was wrong with my alarm for over a year without taking it to a shop or dealer because I'm too cheap and Mr. Scotty gave me the solution and even showed how to do it. My Civic is 12 years old and no one else on the internet had a straight answer.
