Hi I have a Honda Civic 2011 with 101k kms in it. I havent adjusted the valves and I noticed that the engine is vibrating more compared before. I have changed all the motor mounts. Then the vibration at idle can be felt on the steering wheel and car body specially when the Radiator Fan motor kicks in. I have a new and working alternator

Well you might not have adjusted to those correctly because if it ran fine before and not after either the valves are too tight or a vacuum line or something got knocked off when you did the work
