Please help me I feel lost!
HONDA civic blend door cloged
There is something that makes it difficult for the door to open and close
The motor cannot turn the gears, but I can move them with my hand and feel resistance.
I tried to use a fiber optic camera and see what's going on inside, it doesn't seem like there's anything special there... the gears outside are connected to an internal axis on which there are 2 gears that push or pull the door that moves inside an axis (I'm uploading pictures, but the drawing is clearer)
Does anyone know what could be causing this?
It doesn't look like the shaft is dirty and the gears are intact...

@imperator It looks like this...
I gave it up and replaced the motor with a handle that I printed with a 3D printer
And now I have a manual AC 🙂
