Hey Scotty I have a 6th gen 2000 Honda Civic ex with 124,300 miles. I cleaned my throttle body and now my idle drops low when the engine warms up and fluctuates but it never goes over 500 rpm. Also stalls when I rev it up and the gauge drops all the way down or when I come to a stop or have the clutch in. Do I need to do a idle relearn and if so how?

Try disconnecting the battery and hold the cables together for 5 minutes then reconnect.
