Hi Sir, Greetings from Pakistan! Yesterday my friend’s Honda Civic (1.8L/2018 model/23000 km mileage) suddenly stopped as if gas had finished though there was adequate gas in the tank. He tried to jump start the car but it didn’t. Self was cranking up but it didn’t start.

If he was driving while this happened, or was about to come to a stop, might be the alternator.

I would have the battery and alternator tested to make sure it is getting power.

Can’t wait to find out the problem, my guess is the alternator too (from past experience)
