2007 Honda Civic, automatic, 142,000 miles. Every few weeks, I need to turn the key back and forth several times to get the car to turn over. Lights come on dash, just a low "humming" sound from dash until it turns over. Then it's not a problem for another month or so. I tried turning the key to accessory for a minute to prime the pump and had no problem for 3 months, but it did it again last week. Battery, starter, alternator testing fine.

When you can not start the car, are the lights on the dash on?

Yes, the lights on the dash come on.
Have you replaced the fuel filter? If not, do it and then pressure test the fuel line.
