My wife has a 2000 Ford Taurus wagon. V6 dohc with 94,000 miles. Since August 30 I have replaced the Fuel Injection Pressure Sensor four times. Is there something else that can cause the po 191 code? Junk parts? I have run out of brands to try.
Yes you could have a bad wiring harness short you can have a problem with a driver in the main computer it's probably time to see a probably like me in person or if you haven't just buy the sensor OEM at the dealer
Thank you for the quick response. I have taken it to a couple of local
mechanics and they did not have a clue. Ford does not make an OEM part for that year any longer. I guess I will take it to the Ford dealer.
there's no such code as "po 191 ". It should have 4 numbers, so p0191.
