How do I fix squealing brakes

I have a 2002 Honda civic ex in beater condition, the brakes are squealing on me so I assume I needed to change my brake pads. I talked to a mechanic and he said I need brake pads, rotors, and a left front caliper. Can anyone tell me how to buy the items because I look online and see the only one rotor so do I got to buy each wheel a rotor or does it come in a pack. I’m trying to buy cheap cuz I’m only in high school.

Pads come in kits for front or back so a total of 4 pads in each kit.

Rotors/calipers are individual for each wheel.

Always shop around for the best prices.
