What can cause a no start condition? I hear the click, but it wont start. After a few clicks it does, I replaced the battery, the same scenario.
Clarification: Year, Model, Mileage?

Could well be the starter. If it has a bad spot on the commutator the "clicks" can move it just slightly each time until it's rotated beyond the defect.

If it starts with a jump have your alternator load tested. If it doesn't start with a jump its probably a bad starter motor or a corroded/loose connection.
If it always eventually starts look for the connections or starter motor to be the problem.
