Thank you so much for your answers , when it comes to steep hills and cars has to go uphill it just struggles a little bit and stop at 1500 rpm and even at full open throttle it remains still just struggling ,
and what if i lower my bhp needs to 200 ?

Have you checked for a clogged catalytic converter? Recorded and checked live data while the problem is occurring?
Well generally that's a fuel problem that's not getting enough fuel clogged fuel filter or weak pump which you can pressure test. But if not bad sometimes automatic transmission start to get weak and they won't climb up hills but that's a much more rare case
Sir fuel pump is new fuel filter in new air filter spark plugs engine oil everything is new and engine compression is extremely healthy , the map sensors reads correct , injectors are in good condition still the its not climbing
