2016 VW Jetta active grill shutter not working

Hi Scotty,

2016 VW Jetta SEL Premium 1.8 L 72K miles……I got the CEL with MIL code P0A3 (prior to replacing the motor) and after replacing the grill motor we got MIL P05A0.

The active grill shutter is not working anymore despite replacing it with a brand new one from VW and resetting all DTCs.

Please help.
