We all seem to know Honda and Toyota for the most part make reliable cars! What are some of the other cars (not trucks) since 2010 that have proven reliable?
Be as general or specific as you like!

For North America, I would add Mazda and Subaru products to the list.  In fact, I’d rank them 3rd and 4th behind Toyota and Honda in terms of reliability or at least a brand to take a chance on.

The American domestics have never been that great on quality, but they really took a tumble after the 2008 financial meltdown. All have serious problems at this point. Ford is probably the best of a bad lot but they have had severe problems with electric power steering ($$$$), "eco-boost" engines ($$$$$), and transmissions ($$$$$). Forget the Koreans unless you want self-destructing engines and drivetrains, as well as the possibility of burning your house down. European cars in the U.S. don't do all that well and are very expensive to repair. So really the Japanese are the best game in town.

I had a 2015 Ford Fusion. It was very reliable. Nothing happened during my ownership of 110,000 miles. I believe it is still reliable in the hand of its current owner if he does proper maintenence. I also owned GM products and they were craps. I only drive Japanese cars now and advise everyone to do thr same. Dont get me wrong, Im more American than any redneck out there. But I value my money and reliability.
