I have a Honda CR-V 2007
it vibrates when idle sometime worst than other times
and it vibrates between 70-80 kmh
it has new tires
new spark plugs
new wheel bearings in the back
what could be the problem
The tires could be defective, especially if they're cheap Chinesium tires that are showing up too frequently, these days. By defective, I mean that they are sufficiently "out of round" to create vibration.
As for the idle vibration, clean your MAF sensor and the throttle body. And check those motor mounts.
You may have more than one problem. The tires, a dirty MAF and throttle body, and motor mounts.
The MAF and the throttle body are easy to clean.

Here's how to check motor mounts:

You have at least 2 problems, looks like.
1. Worn out engine and/or transmission mounts.
2. You need to rebalance all your 4 tyres, which is odd, since the shop should have correctly balanced all your new tyres at the time of purchase..
Any codes?
