I am interested in purchasing 2012 Honda Crosstour with 78,000 miles on it. Is this model as reliable as Honda Accord

Same platform as the Accord. (In fact the early ones were labeled "Accord Crosstour".) Reliability should be the same.

While they were very controversial styling-wise, they were overall pretty dependable cars, just make sure you get a pro mechanic to check it out.

Should be, but it has a bad blind spot with that high and thick rear pillar. Test drive it to make sure it'll work for ya.

It's a good choice. Just make sure to have a trusted independent mechanic check the car before you purchase it.
