My daughter has a 2007 Honda crv with 175,000. How many more miles should she expect to get out of this engine?

Hmmm... you've provided zero information about how this vehicle has been treated and maintained over the last 17 years and 175K miles. The ol' crystal ball is unclear.
She has owned it since 2019 and since she’s had it, it has received regular maintenance. Assuming the previous years prior to her ownership it has been regularly maintained, what does the crystal ball see for its lifespan?

well that still leaves 12 years of mystery. Crystal ball is still pretty murky.
Have a mechanic run some tests if you want a clearer picture.
