Latest mantra from Honda is every three years regardless of milage. Must be new, … I just had a Takata air bag replaced - for the second time - on my '10 CRV and they now printing on all work orders recommended service intervals. Transmission fluid drain and fill is one of the items. fwiw

It should be in your owners manual. I'm pretty sure Honda has a maintenance minder system which would tell you when to change it but again check it in the manual to make sure. Depending on the many factors involved, it should be between 30k and 60k miles.
