Scotty I’ve been looking for a CPO Honda CRV and noticed a 2021 that had a VIN# starting with a 7. Turns out it was made in New Zealand. How reliable are they should I buy or cut and run.

I wouldn't worry. Honda and Toyota are known for quality regardless of the final assembly location.
